Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Educational Qualification to Apply for SECR Apprentice Post is Matriculation (10th) with 50% Marks.
Candidate should have National Trade Certificate (ITI) in the Relevant Trade Issued by NCVT or Provitional Certificate ussed by NCVT / SCVT.
Age Limit
Age as on 05/04/2025.
Minimum Age: 15 Years.
Maximum Age: 24 Years.
There will be Upper Age Relaxation for Reserved Categories: 5 Years for SC / ST, 3 Years for OBC and 10 Years for PWD and Ex-Serviceman.
Category Wise Date of Birth: Candidates whose date of birth falls in the range given below are eligible to apply.

Selection Process
Selection of Apprentice Post will be on the Basis of Merit. The Merit List will be Prepared on the Basis of Percentage of Marks in Matriculation (10th) + ITI Marks in the Trade in Which Apprenticeship is to be Done.
Railway SECR Apprentice Salary
The candidate undergoing training will be eligible for Stipend as per Prescribed Rates.
Rs.8050 Per Month for 2 Years ITI Course.
Rs.7700 Per Month for 1 Year ITI Course.
